描述
艾曼塔起司是屬於半硬質、充滿氣孔的起司，也是最常在動漫卡通裡出現的起司種類，我們使用來自法國的艾曼塔，搭配山胡桃，利用微量的橄欖油帶出百里香的香氣，麵包切開後，艾曼塔會呈現半融化狀態，如果食用前再回烤也會有不同的風味喔。
French Emmental cheese harmonizes with the autumnal toasted pecans. A bit of thyme and oregano provide grounding. Reheating this bread before eating awakens all the flavors once more.
